Do you need to know how register for the ACT but the only other time you have taken it was as a junior during the free exam at school? Here are important INSTRUCTIONS on how to make this happen.
ACT Test Fees:
$55 ACT (no writing)
$70 ACT with writing
OTHER FEES TO BE AWARE OF:
$35 Late registration fee
$56 Standby registration fee
$35 Change test date or test center fee
$13 Additional score report fee (request to send scores to up to 4 colleges for free during registration)
Test Fee Waivers
Students who receive Free or Reduced School Meals are eligible for two ACT fee waivers (in addition to the district free ACT for all juniors) during high school. Students can email collisdeborah@rsdmo.org for a fee waiver code if they are eligible.
ACT Testing Accommodations
An IEP or 504 plan, receiving ELL services, or having a medical diagnosis does not automatically guarantee extended time or other accommodations on the ACT exam.
For National ACT Testing, students will initiate the request for accommodations at the time they register for the exam online. This will send an email to the school to submit the request along with proper documentation.
Once a student is approved, the accommodations continue for future ACT testing while in high school.
